Return requests

At Serestoflea, we aim to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:

  • Product Quality Issues: If your Tray Version CPU has a manufacturing defect or functional issue, we will gladly accept a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition.

  • Cosmetic Defects (Uninstalled CPUs): If you receive a CPU with cosmetic defects (such as scratches or other minor imperfections), you may request a return or exchange only if the product has not been installed. Once a CPU is installed, returns due to cosmetic defects will not be accepted.

  • Installed CPUs: For any Tray Version CPU that has been installed, returns will only be accepted if there is a functional issue. Cosmetic issues discovered after installation are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you have a refund, please pay attention: after your refund application is approved, the payment amount will be returned to your payment account in the same way, but the shipping fee is not refundable. Due to different payment methods, the refund processing time will also differ, generally between 1 and 2 business days. If it is overdue, please get in touch with us via email at info@serestoflea.com.

Order cancellations 

Generally, cancellation is supported within 30 minutes of placing an order, but not after 30 minutes because the order has been processed, and the package can not be retrieved. We will process your order cancellation request for you within 24 business hours.

If you fail to cancel the order after 30 minutes and do not wanna keep it, you can return it to our return address after receiving it.

Return instructions

Before returning a product, please contact us at info@serestoflea.com to confirm the return process.

Once receiving the products, please check whether they have quality problems and whether they meet your wishes.

If it is our reason (e.g., the products are damaged, defective, etc.), we may ask you to show the unpacking video, product details, pictures, etc., when you contact us by email. So please keep them properly until the whole return and exchange process finishes. After confirming, we will reship the products to you within 1 to 2 business days for free or refund you directly.

Suppose you are not satisfied with the products after receiving them. In that case, we can accept your return requests for the products in new condition with the original package. We will not charge a restocking fee, but you need to bear the return cost.

Note: if the returned product has issues different from the return request after we receive and confirm, we will reject your return request and return the product to you. You will be responsible for the shipping cost.

Our return address is 1300 Dekalb Plaza Blvd SW, Fort Payne, AL 35967. Please note that all products that need to be returned or exchanged must be communicated with Pet Depot in advance; otherwise, Pet Depot will not be processed.
